Biography:
Dr. Roger Pafford attended the Medical University of South Carolina where he completed his MD degree in 2005. He completed his residency training in Family Practice medicine at the Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 2008. After practicing medicine in Iowa and Wyoming he moved to Montana. Dr. Pafford also holds a Bachelor of Music degree in classical guitar performance.
